While Duke’s Mike Krzyzewski is getting all of the love ahead of the Final Four (and deservedly so, considering it’s his final season) there might not be a better college basketball coach than Villanova’s Jay Wright.
Wright, who’s won two national championships at Villanova, could be on the way to winning his third this year.
The Wildcats are set to take on Kansas in the first national semifinal game on Saturday night. The winner will move on to the national championship game, where they will face either Duke or UNC.
Wright, who’s been at Villanova for roughly two decades, has built the Wildcats into a true national power. Along the way, Jay has had his longtime wife, Patricia, by his side.

Jay and Patricia met in 1983. She was a cheerleader at Villanova, while Jay played college basketball at Bucknell.
The happy couple has three children together, living outside of Philadelphia.
They’ve experienced some pretty big highs over the years.

Jay Wright’s family will surely be in attendance at the Final Four on Saturday evening. Perhaps they’ll experience another high on Saturday night.
