The San Francisco 49ers haven’t made too many additions to their roster this offseason, but they did just retain two role players for their offense.
On Tuesday, the 49ers announced that offensive lineman Daniel Brunskill and wide receiver Jauan Jennings have signed their one-year tendered contracts.
Brunskill will return to San Francisco under a restricted free agent tender. Jennings, meanwhile, is back under an exclusive rights free agent deal.
These might not be viewed as marquee moves, but Jennings did play a pivotal role late in the regular season for the 49ers. He finished his rookie season with 24 catches for 282 yards and five touchdowns.
As for Brunskill, he has started every game for the past two seasons.

With the NFL Draft next week, these two signings give the 49ers some much-needed depth on offense.
The 49ers don’t own a first-round pick in this year’s draft, but they have multiple picks at their disposal on Day 2.
