Rookie battle on Thursday Night Football!

Week 7 of the 2024/25 season kicks off with a battle of rookie quarterbacks. Bo Nix was the No. 12 overall pick in this year’s draft, and he’s been the Denver Broncos starter since Week 1. They are 3-3, and their defense has been a big part of keeping them at .500. Spencer Rattler was a 5th round pick by the New Orleans Saints, and he’s been backing up Derek Carr until last week when an injury to the starter gave him the opportunity for his first NFL start. He was 22 of 40 for 243 yards, 1 TD and 2 interceptions in a loss to the Buccaneers.
