Football is finally back, and for the first time in franchise history, Washington opened training camp as the Commanders.
Training camp is always an exciting time for players, coaches and fans. Players and coaches are excited early in camp, but that excitement wanes quickly. However, that’s not true for fans who are excited about football, and their favorite team is undefeated.
For the 2022 version of the Washington Commanders, Wednesday’s camp was the first fans saw new quarterback Carson Wentz throw to star wide receiver Terry McLaurin. Unsurprisingly, the pair hooked up for a big play.
