Injury updates

The Washington Commanders held their last full practice of the week before they travel to Texas to play to the Dallas Cowboys in the season finale. Dan Quinn ruled out three players after today’s practice ended. Marshon Lattimore(hamstring), Jordan Magee(hamstring), and Tyler Owens(ankle) will all be missing their second-straight game. Quinn said he liked Lattimore’s speed in practice, and he’s very close, but they aren’t rushing him back until he’s ready.

RB Austin Ekeler’s 21-day practice window was opened on Wednesday, and he’s been a full participant in practice all week. Dan Quinn said he had a fantastic week, and they would decide whether he returns this week, or they wait until the playoffs start to activate him. Ekeler suffered his second concussion which landed him on injured reserve. He is listed as questionable.

Washington had several players go down against the Falcons, including two offensive linemen. Tyler Biadasz left with an ankle injury and Cornelius Lucas suffered a groin injury. Both players are listed as doubtful and they likely won’t be able to play against the Cowboys. Andrew Wylie had a full practice today and should return at RT on Sunday.

Terry McLaurin was listed with an ankle injury last week, but was a full participant on Friday. He was a full participant the last two days, and has no injury designation for Sunday. Clelin Ferrell has been dealing with a knee injury since training camp, and has been listed every week along with weekly rest days.

WR Dyami Brown had his first full practice since injuring his hamstring against the Eagles today. He’ll rejoin Olamide Zaccheaus and Jamison Crowder this week. K.J. Osborn missed today’s practice with an illness. Long snapper Tyler Ott was attending a funeral today, and will travel separately from the team to Texas. Both players are listed as questionable.
