Washington expects Curtis Samuel, Logan Thomas to return Monday night vs. Seahawks

Wide receiver Curtis Samuel has battled a groin injury since OTAs and has played in just two games. Tight end Logan Thomas has been out since suffering a hamstring injury in Week 4.
