The NFL was forced to make a move Friday after three teams placed more than 20 players on the reserve/COVID-19 list this week. The Cleveland Browns, Los Angeles Rams and Washington Football Team all had games postponed and moved into next week.
Throughout the week, the NFL remained quiet as each day the three teams continued to add players to the list. The starting quarterbacks for the Browns and Washington are on the COVID list, and so is the WFT’s backup quarterback, forcing the team to sign two passers off the street this week.
