Wade came under scrutiny once again amid allegations of NCAA rules violations dating back to 2017.
Wade’s career at LSU was originally put in the crosshairs in 2o19, when he was suspended from the SEC and NCAA tournaments after being caught on a wiretap offering a recruit.
On Tuesday, SI first reported on the significance of the LSU allegations relating to its basketball program. But the university said they were “unable to comment” about the NOA at this time.
