This isn’t good for avid sports betters, though if the Peacocks lose, some people won’t have to worry about losing their money.
The shoe still fits for Saint Peter’s as their Cinderella run will continue for at least one more game. The Peacocks are fresh off a Sweet 16 win against the Purdue Boilermakers, 67-64.
It almost went into overtime as Purdue’s Jaden Ivey had a great look as time expired, but it came up just short.
If the Peacocks win, they’ll be headed to the Final Four for the first time in school history. This would also be the first time a 15th seed makes a Final Four in NCAA Tournament history.
Tip-off is set for 5:05 p.m. ET.
